They do!
Dark roast coffee is decent and pricey. All of the electric outlets are removed. Not even a courtesy charge to make an emergency call. They offered use of the house phone which was not a useful offer without my directory.
Awesome place to get coffee with views. Lot's of choices for eating and drinking in the morning or afternoon. Very friendly Customer service
Great view, great drinks!
Excellent ambiance and service
Good coffee, friendly staff, free wifi
Employees are usually nice. There is nice atmosphere. It is heartening gateway to Vallejo or break stop in your trip transfer.
Good coffee, nice people and really convenient if you are jumping on the Ferry in Vallejo. Their breakfast sandwiches are good too.
Great location and awesome coffee.
It's busy but it's peaceful, by the water.. I enjoyed the get away!
Love the view and a very chilled out environment. Ideal for coffee on a lazy Sunday. Wish they had more items on the menu.
Nice coffee shop by the ferry. It opens at 5 on the weekdays so you can grab a cup of coffee if you arrive a little before your ferry departs. You can also study at the tables here. There is WiFi. I don't remember the outlet situation however. Windows are nice to see the sunrise.
I enjoy this place. It's normally pretty full just due to its location right next to the local ferry terminal and brewery. The baristas know what they're doing and are overall pleasant and make great coffee.
Top spot for a stop
No Wall outlets to charge your Laptop or Phone. Also they run out of Chocolate croissants real quick. Guess it never crossed their mind to make more.
The coffee and tea is good. The atmosphere is nice. I like the book library shelf. Folks donate books, borrow and return them. It's on the honor system, so likely some don't make it back, but it's nice to have more to read than just magazines or a newspaper... Coffee prices are reasonable and the waterfront is a nice place for a walk... I do wish they'd provide stevia as a sweetener option, but since many places don't, I usually keep packets with me. No complaints though. It's a nice place.
Very nice place with nice views by the water.
Its a nice place to have coffee/tea and grab a bite to eat. Great view of Mare Island. Their loose tea is amazing...They won't take any cash over a 20 dollar bill.
They have uncooked spaghetti for stir sticks.
We decided to try Panama Bay Coffee while waiting for the ferry. The woman who took our order treated me with the warm professionalism that I expected. She was NOT the cold, rude, uncaring person that other reviewers have commented about. The food was good and at the proper temperature. Yes, it took a few minutes but we could watch it being prepared from our table. My ham and cheese panini was delicious with warm ham and tasty cheese. My wife’s breakfast burrito was almost too hot to eat at first. She enjoyed it. I might order one next time I ride the ferry. My only negative was that my panini was not cooked evenly. The bottom side was perfect but the top side needed a little more attention. I think that Panama Bay Coffee will become our breakfast stop before riding the ferry.
Good service and coffee. Not a real big selection of food, but it is conveniently located in the ferry building
Love this place! Great customer service. Wonderful breakfast bites and chai with almond milk!
I love this place carmelita coffee is so good
Awesome service and ppl
On the waterfront with lots of windows to look out of. Always a chess game in progress. A book pick-up/drop-off shelf. Doesn't feel like workers are driven to exhaustion. Convenient, relaxing, and tasty/efficient.
My family loves going to the Vallejo Marina and taking our dog Godzilla for his 3 to 5 miles walks everyday. My daughter enjoys riding her bike 🚴 and so do I. After that my daughter and my hubby have their own little ritual or thing they like to do which is go sit in Panama Bay Cafe and she has her favorite cookie with milk 🍪🍶.
Great set up in a warm, cozy building...beautiful view of the marina you can see from all the windows or from any of the outdoor seating. The savory food is delicious, filling, and affordable and the pastries are more than satisfying for any sweet tooth...love the atmosphere here...and conveniently next to the ferry boarding. One of my favorite morning spots in the Vallejo locale.
AMAZING... simply amazing... I will for sure be back there again. This is a gem that I had no idea existed but I'm sure glad I do now.The club sandwich and cold slaw were deeeeelicous...If you're in Vallejo, the moment you walk in, it will just take you back to walking into a cafe or deli. I love it...
Always a nice place to relax when in the area or waiting on the ferry. Nice folks and great coffee!
I’ve eaten there pretty regularly. The other day I got a breakfast burrito that was fairy undercooked and had bits of what I thought eggshell in it. When I got to work, my tongue was bleeding and had a big gash in it. Now I’m wondering what was in the burrito.
Cool coffee just outside the boat terminal, they have good prices, the customer service is good and very quick, the quality of food and drinks is fine. The view in the tables outside the door it's very good looking to the ocean and the boats.
Decent offerings. Excellent place for waiting for the Ferry. It is also conveniently located to a number of Pokestops that spawn Magikarp, Poliwag, SlowPoke, Voltorb, Goldeens and Magnemites
Nice place to stop off and have a piece of lemon loaf if you arrive a little early or if you miss your ferry. Very welcoming atmosphere. The staff are very kind and helpful. Would come here again.
Panama Bay🌴🤗 is a nice place to get an aroma coffee and enjoy beautiful view . If u used to to wait in a line-forget about this ,cuz guys work fast and try to save your time;)
Great location and views! Huge windows. Right on the water. Convenient to the ferry. Excellent coffee and service and great prices. My new favorite coffee house.
Great views, great music playing overhead and customer service. Nice place to sit and get a quick bite to eat and drink while waiting for the ferry to arrive. They open early and service breakfast as well but the prices are a little high.
Cool coffee shop by the ferry terminal. Tough choice between their pour over coffee and their espresso - both really worth it. Croissants and pastries fresh and tasty. Worth a stop by even if you're not heading to the ferry;
Had a breakfast burrito with my wife and coffee. Great.
I love this place. I've been coming here for years, so they know my drink when I walk in. The prices are a little high, but the staff are kind and friendly, and they've dealt with an ongoing homeless issue, so they've brought back some comfy chairs after years. It can get extremely busy when ferry patrons come in, but otherwise always seats available. A quality local establishment.Update July 2017: in a continued effort to manage the local homeless issue, the management has blocked/turned off all access to power outlets, meaning you can't charge cell phones or computers here. It's still a good place to work for a while as it still has free Wi-Fi, just make sure all your gear is fully charged before you come.Update November 2017: They've repainted the place in bright white and blue, and it looks great! Nice and airy and open, and it feels like it blends into the water now. I can't wait to see it when the renovation is complete.
Very clean, very nice staff and they even have one of those take a book/leave a book shelves. Very nice! Lots of FREE maps, brochures and local magazines. Chai Latte ♡
Solid spot to grab a coffee when you're cruising the waterfront or waiting for the ferry. It's always clean and the staff are friendly. They always have a good assortment of pastries.
It's a coffee shop. The choice was good. The grilled cheese sandwich had some bread with the cheese - yumm! Nice light on there. Service is good and friendly.
I hit this spot up very randomly and I've found my mochas never taste the same like shot and chocolate pump counts change everytime. My advice taste your drink before you leave last visit I had to turn around and go back cause my drink had so much espresso it was undrinkable very gross and this is from a man that likes espresso..staff and service is fine and its in a good location right near ferry
Very nice experience trip on the ferry
Their baristas know what they're doing.
Lovely place and delicious coffees ☕️🍂
Tasty coffee, gluten free breakfast and pastries available!
This place has great scones. The atmosphere is welcoming
After the ferry ride a nice place for cofee
One of the few places to get an awesome coffee in Vallejo. You can't beat the scenery, with Huge picture windows facing the waterfront and ferry boats.
They are so personable. I go out of my way to enjoy their Carmelita. And take a book for the ferry ride from their free library.
